Each cleaning price is set after a consultation where we determine how large the space is, how long it will take, and how many hands are required to complete the job efficiently and effectively.

Do I Have to Pay an Additional Fee for a Consultation?

I can happily say we do not charge for consultations! You simply contact me, and we will discuss the details such as the amount of rooms, square feet space, etc. We also offer in person consults where I will come in and view the house in person to give a more accurate price range.

How Long Do Cleanings Typically Take?

Usually, cleanings take anywhere between 2 and 3 hours to complete, that is with a space of about 1,800 to 2,600 sq. ft. in mind. There are other factors that influence the cleaning time such as the amount of cleaning that needs to be done and if there's any special accommodations that need to be completed as well.
